WK999 Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and WK999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WK999 website, located at wk999.cam, and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

WK999 is an English-language online gaming platform designed to serve players across Pakistan, including but not limited to users based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football, UFC and esports — as well as live casino, slot games, table games and instant win products.

By creating an account on WK999, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an account on WK999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the jurisdiction governing the operator's licence. WK999 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdictional Lawfulness: You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing and using this platform does not violate any law, regulation or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction. This responsibility is yours alone. WK999 makes no representation that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
• Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on WK999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true, accurate and current personal information. Registration in another person's name, using false information, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or access restriction placed by WK999 or any other gaming operator. If you believe you have a gambling problem, do not register.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account, Users must provide accurate personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid phone number. All information provided must be truthful and kept current.

WK999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at the discretion of WK999's compliance team.

Documents typically required for KYC include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases proof of payment method ownership.

• WK999 reserves the right to delay or block withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Providing false, forged or misleading documents during the KYC process constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.
• Users who cannot complete KYC to WK999's satisfaction will have their accounts suspended and any undisputed real-money balance returned via the original deposit method where technically feasible.
• WK999 processes personal data collected during registration and KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at wk999.cam/privacy-policy.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the WK999 platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable terms set out in this Agreement and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

You agree that you will use the WK999 platform:

• Solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• For personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, resale or professional gaming purposes;
• Without attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, access control or operational system of the platform;
• Without using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or to extract data from the platform;
• Without engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or any other activity that distorts the fair operation of betting markets;
• In full acceptance that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible — and often likely — outcome of participation.

WK999 reserves the right to monitor account activity, review transaction history and analyse betting patterns to identify irregular or prohibited conduct. Users who are found to have violated these Terms of Use may have their accounts suspended, bonuses voided and balances reviewed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to a WK999 account must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. WK999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support or process gambling-related transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and may vary by payment method and promotional condition. Users should consult the Cashier section of their account for current minimums.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that no suspicious activity is associated with the account.
• Currency: Account balances are displayed in PKR. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at rates determined by the platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: WK999 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period as defined in the operator's dormancy policy may be subject to administrative fees or account closure. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting WK999 support is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

WK999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards and loyalty incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 30x) — must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per single wager or spin applies. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Illustrative maximum: PKR 1,000 per wager (refer to specific promotion for confirmed figure).
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while certain table games, live casino products or specific titles may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be activated and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available once per player, per household address, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same offer constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the original bonus amount will not be included in any withdrawal — only net winnings above the bonus amount are eligible for withdrawal upon completion of wagering requirements.
• WK999 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, and to reclaim bonus funds in the event of a suspected breach of promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on WK999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game or product. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections — including market, stake and odds — before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error that results in the display of clearly incorrect odds, WK999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account at its discretion.
• Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals — are subject to competition-specific rules concerning abandoned play, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revisions and result declarations. These rules are set by the relevant competition governing body and reflected in WK999's market rules documentation.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the User's own risk. Real-time data feeds may experience delays, and WK999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User acting on information that was delayed, incomplete or inaccurate at the time of the bet placement.
• Winnings from casino games are calculated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) certified within each individual game. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not constitute a guarantee of return over any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the WK999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, data-mining tools or any artificial mechanism to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt practice related to sporting events on which WK999 offers betting markets;
• Colluding with other Users in poker, live casino or any competitive gaming environment to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately;
• Laundering funds or using the platform for any activity that conceals the origin of illicit funds;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts under any combination of identities, devices or IP addresses;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including family members;
• Making fraudulent payment claims, initiating unauthorised chargebacks or providing false documentation during KYC;
• Systematically abusing bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to bonus-hunting, arbitrage betting or guaranteed-profit extraction strategies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the WK999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of WK999 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and use platform content for the sole purpose of engaging with WK999's gaming services. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any platform content without the express written authorisation of WK999.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WK999 excludes all warranties, conditions and representations — whether express, implied or statutory — regarding the platform, its services and any content made available thereon.

• WK999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access.
• WK999 accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a User's participation in gaming activities, including losses resulting from wagering decisions, technical disruptions or reliance on platform information.
• WK999 is not liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
• In no event shall WK999's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total real-money funds deposited and held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling

WK999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools that allow Users to manage and restrict their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through account settings and are administered by the support team.

Self-Exclusion: A User who wishes to exclude themselves from WK999 may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, WK999 will use reasonable efforts to prevent access to the excluded account. The excluded User must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts.

Account Suspension & Closure

WK999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotional offers;
• A User's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations that require the operator to restrict access;
• Extended account inactivity as defined in the operator's dormancy policy.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or disputed transactions) will be returned to the User via the original payment method where technically feasible, after the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and/or licensed. WK999 does not represent that this Agreement is governed by Pakistani law, nor does it concede to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between WK999 and a User, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with the WK999 support team. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's licence or applicable regulatory framework.

WK999 does not provide legal advice. Users who have concerns about their legal position with respect to online gambling in Pakistan should seek independent legal counsel.

Amendments to These Terms

WK999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WK999 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the WK999 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
